Reinforced Toggle Design
Mold clamping unit adopts Five-dot type toggle design, which optimized structure of connecting road and enhanced sports properties.
The steel bushing of hinge pin adopts alloy steel bushing (oil lubrication exist simultaneously),which reduce times of lubrication and prevent locking of toggle when no oil .
Die Platen and Tie Bar System
The optimization design of die platens have been carried out multiple times through analysis of element software, then strengthening design (increased thickness and support ribs of castings ), which both guarantee the service life of die platen and mold. The tie rods of each machine have passed the test by professional testing organization, to ensure the deflection of tie rod within reasonable scope during the operation of machine.
New Generation Stable and Reliable Injection System
Using 17.5Mpa system pressure, the maximum dry shot speed reaches to 8-9.5m/s, the injection force increases about 5-8%, it is more easier to molding to products with thin wall or high requirement on air tightness and surface finish, to reduce porosity of die castings effectively , especially suitable for automotive castings and stress castings.
Hydraulic System
Adopt fast differential regeneration clamping oil circuit system, the opening and clamping action runs smoothly and quickly, and improves production efficiency;
Equipped with abundant hydraulic core-pulling groups;
There is a set of fixed molds and moving molds, which are designed for molds with special requirements to improve the air tightness and strength of die castings;
Double-cylinder hydraulic ejection design provides balanced ejection force and reduces the factors of product ejection deformation;

Electrical control systems
Siemens control system and Siemens touch screen, easy to control, rich function pages, to meet the control of die-casting process.
Powerful parameter storage function, up to 60 sets of mold parameters can be stored, which is convenient for future production call, improves
roduction efficiency, and maintains consistent product quality.
The fuselage line is made of oil-resistant and temperature-resistant and outer steel wire protection wire. Even in harsh environments, it is well
rotected to ensure normal production.
The line connecting the fuselage and the main control box adopts aviation plug, which is safe and reliable, and easy to maintain.
Automatic centralized lubrication system
