Features and Configuration

The following characteristics are added to the horizontal cold chamber die casting machine:
1. The main difference in use: the vertical machine is more suitable for die-casting some insert die-casting products (easy to operate) and products with high requirements for product density and dynamic balance.
2. Specific vertical injection structure, the mold is installed horizontally, and the die-casting product is filled horizontally, compared with the bedroom machine, the alloy solution is not affected by gravity, and the product density will be more uniform;
3. The injection chamber is placed vertically, after the molten metal is poured into the injection chamber, the gas and slag are on the upper surface of the molten metal, and the gas inside the mold and the scum in the molten metal are easier to be discharged in the process of injection filling;

Advantages of vertical die casting machine

1.Relative to the horizontal machine: In the mold filing process, the alloy liquid is not affected by gravity, gas inside mold internal is more easier to discharge , the gas density of casting products will be better .

2. Alloy liquid slag: Under the influence of gravity of alloy liquid , due to injection mode of horizontal machine, it will cause unstable direction to slag, vertical die-casting machine can avoid this kind of problem.
